If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us..

Shipping Times

We maintain a limited stock of each product to minimize waste and prevent overproduction. However, if we don’t have a particular item on hand, we can still create one for you using our available fabrics.

For shipments within India, we aim to dispatch orders within 7-10 business days. If we anticipate any delays, we will inform you promptly.

For international orders, we generally ship within 14 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes about 5 business days, though this can vary depending on customs processing. We will update you if there are any changes to this timeline.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with an estimated shipment date once your order is placed. After your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.


Returns and Refunds Policy

Conditions for Returns  

Note that all products are not refundable.

The following Goods cannot be returned:
* The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
* Goods on sale cannot be refunded. 
*Products can only be exchanged, hence no refund or credit will be provided.
 
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 
* The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days 
* The Goods are in the original packaging with original receipt

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service
and share the tracking ID on buildingmotife@gmail.com
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received
return delivery. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Conditions for Exchanges

In order for the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that: 
* Exchange should be requested within 7 days 
* The goods are in the original packaging with original receipts
